Spending with recognized collaborators counts toward total annual spending for tier maintenance, provided that all transactions are routed through LP. Members must inform LP of their spending with collaborators. Transactions made directly with collaborators without notifying LP will not be counted toward the cumulative annual spending for tier calculations.
